our Pet policy
Before checking in with your dog, please review the following guidelines:

All guests traveling with a pet must present a valid credit card upon check-in.

A cell phone number is required at check-in for immediate contact if necessary.

As required by Miami-Dade County Law, dogs must always be leashed in public areas.

Only dogs are permitted; limit of one (1) dog per room, not to exceed 50 lbs.

Please pick up after your pet and properly dispose of waste.

Pets are not permitted in any of the hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets.

Pets are not allowed inside the pool, pool deck, or fitness center.

Please notify the Front Desk if you leave your pet unattended in your room.

If a noise complaint is received, you will be asked to promptly address it. A second complaint may require removal of your pet from the hotel.

Hotel staff is not permitted to watch pets. Should you need pet care services, our team can assist with locating nearby boarding or pet-sitting options.

Any room damage will be assessed by Management, and applicable charges will be applied to the credit card on file.

While in the room, pets must either be supervised or securely crated. Housekeeping will not service rooms where unattended pets are present.

Pet comfort items such as bowls and care mats are available upon request. Please leave them in your room upon departure. These items are also available for purchase.
